Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate with a focus on hospitality for their Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of real estate law experience, particularly in hotel management agreements and condominium development. Duties

• Negotiate hotel management agreements and real estate transactions.
• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on real estate development projects.
• Engage in joint venture work and property management agreements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of real estate law experience.
• Experience with hotel and condominium development preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
