A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactions Associate in Miami, FL. Duties

• Manage and lead diligence reviews for real estate transactions.
• Handle purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and real estate lending work.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure successful deal execution.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of practice.
• Reside in the Miami or New York City areas at or prior to the time of hire.

Education

• JD from an ABA Accredited Law School.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.

Skills

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
