Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated Entry-Junior Level Associate to join its Real Estate Practice in Miami, Florida. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for recent law school graduates or attorneys with 1-3 years of experience to develop expertise in commercial real estate leasing transactions while working alongside experienced partners and senior associates.

Duties

  • Assist in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.
  • Conduct due diligence, draft and review transaction documents, and support closings.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of real estate matters.
  • Engage with local entrepreneurial and national institutional clients on various matters.
  • Receive mentorship on legal technicalities and business relationship skills.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of positive energy.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Florida Bar admission or eligibility.

Skills

  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
