Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Associate in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will join a dynamic Intellectual Property Litigation practice, bringing expertise and a commitment to excellence. Duties

  • Engage in intellectual property and patent litigation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.

Requirements

  • Current experience as a judicial clerk for at least one year, preferably in a federal court.
  • Two to six years of prior law firm experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • Membership to the State Bar of the office location is required.

Education

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent is preferred.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of the office location.
