The candidate will handle the closing of transactional matters, to participate in marketing to prospective clients, and to expand the firms existing transactional practice. Should understand the clients business objectives and incorporate those objectives into and protect those objectives in appropriate transaction documents is a priority. Must be admitted or willing to sit for Virgin Islands Bar examination.

The candidate must be conscientious, detail oriented and have exceptional analytical and writing skills. Should have superior academic credentials, outstanding legal ability and strong drafting skills.
