Job Overview:
A well-established law firm based in Seattle is seeking two Associate Attorneys with at least 4 years of experience in Probate and Estate Litigation. This position involves handling complex legal disputes related to wills, trusts, fiduciary matters, and estate administration. The firm is known for its client-focused approach and dedication to providing practical legal solutions.

Location:

  • Seattle, WA

Duties:

  • Manage case progression from start to resolution

  • Develop legal strategies and participate in case discussions

  • Identify key issues and determine case priorities

  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions

  • Conduct legal research as needed

  • Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings

  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to provide exceptional legal services

  • Draft internal case summaries, strategy reports, and advisory memoranda

  • Ensure compliance with legal standards, ethical rules, and firm policies

  • Maintain professionalism and a high level of client service

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

  • Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA)

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in probate, estate, trust, and litigation matters

  • Strong ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Team-oriented with a collaborative and compassionate approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Tabs Practice Master software

  • Minimum of 1200+ billable hours annually
