Job Overview

Duties

  • Advise clients on compliance, transactional, and regulatory matters.
  • Counsel clients on export controls and matters involving CFIUS and OFAC.
  • Contact clients and manage deals effectively.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission and good standing with the bar in the practicing jurisdiction.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent).

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the practicing jurisdiction.
