Duties

  • Counsel clients on policy matters before the Executive Branch and Congress.
  • Provide legal counsel on trade compliance and management of trade issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in private practice or government.
  • Experience in building administrative records and developing legal arguments.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
