Attorney needed for Dublin office

A law firm in Dublin, OH, is seeking an Attorney who is Ohio licensed with immediate hands-on experience in motions practice, discovery, defending and taking depositions, and participating in court appearances. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to acquire competency to represent a diverse set of clients in the litigation setting.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including motions practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis of legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Manage case files and deadlines effectively
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff
• Attend meetings and conferences with clients and other parties
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients as needed

Requirements:

• Ohio licensed attorney
• Immediate hands-on experience in motions practice, discovery, defending and taking depositions, and participating in court appearances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
