Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with three to five years of experience in commercial litigation to join its Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have experience as a second chair on large, multi-claim cases and as a first chair on smaller matters. Significant experience with ESI and managing large-document litigation is essential. Excellent writing skills are required, and deposition, oral argument, and trial experience is advantageous. Arizona Bar membership is required. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Duties

• Serve as second chair on large, multi-claim cases.
• Act as first chair on smaller litigation matters.
• Manage day-to-day aspects of large-document litigation.
• Utilize ESI effectively in case management.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision.

Requirements

• Three to five years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with ESI and large-document management.
• Arizona Bar membership.
• Strong writing skills.
• Deposition, oral argument, and trial experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Arizona Bar.
