Duties:

• Facilitate real estate closings, including contract preparation and document review

• Draft estate planning documents, such as wills and trusts

• Prepare legal instruments related to business formation and structuring

• Conduct client consultations across offices in Brooklyn, Long Island, NYC, and Westchester

• Travel to off-site meetings and real estate closings

• Perform document review and revision with attention to transactional detail

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel regularly to multiple office and client locations

• Comfortable with an in-person work setting, Monday through Friday schedule

• Willingness to take on a varied transactional caseload

• Ability to manage client communications professionally across diverse subject areas

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (mandatory)
