Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3-10 years of experience in real estate, estates, and/or matrimony law. The ideal candidate should be admitted to practice law in NY and possess strong litigation skills.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of litigation cases, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various issues related to real estate, estates, and matrimony law.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and settlements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 3-10 years of experience practicing law, focusing on real estate, estates, and/or matrimony law.
• Proven track record of successful litigation cases.
