Job Overview

A law firm seeks an International Employment Associate in Seattle, WA. Duties

  • Conduct employment diligence and advise on corporate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate employment, retention, and related agreements.
  • Advise on employment policies, practices, and employee terminations.
  • Draft restrictive covenants and counsel on employee mobility.
  • Provide comprehensive employment law advice to diverse clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of employment counseling experience, preferably international.
  • Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
  • Strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

  • JD from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Skills

  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues logically.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks under pressure.
