Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license (or ability to become licensed) to practice law in South Dakota.
• 2-5+ years of family law experience, including litigation and courtroom experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Strong legal research and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
