Duties

• Represent clients in a broad range of legal matters including civil litigation, family law, estate planning, and business law

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and estate planning materials

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

• Participate in client meetings, court appearances, hearings, and negotiations

• Collaborate with partners and staff to develop a personalized legal practice

• Maintain accurate client records and case files

Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to manage cases independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical thinker with excellent legal research capabilities

• Willingness to practice across multiple areas of law

• Professional demeanor and ability to build strong client relationships

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
