Job Overview

Duties

• Advise on tax aspects of CLOs and structured finance transactions.
• Collaborate with the structured finance group on innovative transactions.
• Contribute to the structuring and execution of asset-backed securities.

Requirements

• 4-9 years of relevant experience.
• Membership to the State Bar of New York is required.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Membership to the State Bar of the office location.

Substantial billable hours is the primary way to get the big bucks and partnership consideration at this large New York firm.
