Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Trusts & Estates. This role requires a minimum of five years of practice as a licensed attorney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration while demonstrating strong analytical and client advocacy skills.

Location:

Duties:

• Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.

• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

• Represent clients in probate court and trust litigation.

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on estate tax planning.

• Work closely with clients to develop personalized estate plans.

• Handle trust and estate disputes, mediations, and negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant estate planning laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on trusts and estates.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate law, and tax regulations.

• Excellent drafting, litigation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
