Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters.
  • Evaluate liability, damages, and treatment plans.
  • Draft and review demand packages.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress.
  • Collaborate with a support team including case managers and demand writers.
  • Maintain detailed notes and case activity in the firm's legal CRM.

Requirements

  • Active California Bar License and in good standing.
  • Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution.
  • Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify preferred.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
