A law firm seeks an Investigative Attorney in Los Angeles, California. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the community while working alongside experienced attorneys. The position requires flexibility in hours and travel to various locations for investigations.

Duties

  • Review and evaluate liability and insurance for injury cases.
  • Build and maintain client relationships during pre-litigation.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, including fieldwork and evidence collection.
  • Hire and collaborate with experts for case analysis.
  • Engage outside investigators for specialized tasks.
  • Perform legal research and analyze case facts.
  • Draft government claim forms and demand letters.
  • Communicate with adjusters and draft necessary correspondence.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in California.
  • Comfortable with client meetings on-site and off-site.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent writing skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • California State Bar License.
