Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join their office in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The firm is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients in personal injury cases, focusing on plaintiff representation.

Duties

  • Appear in court for personal injury litigation.
  • Draft pleadings and conduct depositions, 50-H hearings, and EUOs.
  • Meet all legal deadlines and manage case files efficiently.
  • Collaborate with supervising attorneys and work independently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
  • Admitted to practice law in New York; New Jersey admittance preferred.
  • Experience in motor vehicle and/or premises liability cases required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admittance to the New York State Bar.
  • Federal court admittance is a plus.
