Duties:

• Assist in managing high-stakes merger reviews and second request investigations

• Support litigation efforts against federal agencies and state attorneys general

• Prepare filings, memoranda, and responses for regulatory agencies including the FTC and DOJ

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, legal opinions, and strategy documents

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary legal teams on merger clearance strategies

• Advise on antitrust implications of corporate transactions and competitive conduct

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of antitrust or competition law experience

• Background in second request investigations or merger litigation strongly preferred

• Familiarity with agency procedures at the FTC and DOJ is a plus

• Demonstrated interest in handling complex regulatory and enforcement matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic performance required

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in
