Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney in New York, New York. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team providing legal advice on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, financing, and leasing.

Duties

• Advise clients on acquisitions and dispositions.
• Handle construction and permanent financings for lenders and borrowers.
• Manage joint ventures and portfolio transactions.
• Work with REITs and real estate funds.
• Engage in equity joint venture investments and entity formation.
• Conduct transactions involving residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land assets.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York state bar or eligible to waive in.
• Strong work ethic and team orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in taking on increased responsibility.

Education
