Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate financing and investment, including representing lenders in mortgage loan origination and structured debt, as well as handling distressed loan workouts and real estate transactions.

Duties

• Represent clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters.
• Originate mortgage loans and structured debt for lenders.
• Manage workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans.
• Handle purchases and sales of commercial property.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of real estate finance experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
