The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of insurance litigation experience and a strong foundation in overall case management. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility while maintaining a requirement for in-person presence based on the firm’s case needs. The position is located in Irvine, CA, and candidates should hold an active California bar license.

Duties:

• Manage insurance litigation cases from start to finish, including drafting motions and handling discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions and represent the firm in court proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Market the firm to potential new clients through direct communication and engagement.
• Perform legal research and present findings effectively in various formats.
• Participate in firm activities, including occasional travel opportunities for case-related purposes.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in insurance litigation.
• Strong experience in case management, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases effectively.
• Excellent communication, writing, and legal research skills.
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar License.
