Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a talented, driven Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Financial Services and Securities Enforcement Department. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of litigation related to financial services clients, including document review, drafting motions, and preparing for hearings.
• Represent clients in high-stakes consumer claims and complex litigation matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal professionals to prepare case strategies and legal arguments.
• Engage in client development activities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Take an active role in the discovery process and manage litigation timelines.
• Contribute to drafting reports, memos, and other legal documents.
• Assist with deposition preparation and expert witness coordination.
• Work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment to support clients and deliver top-notch legal services.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of general litigation experience, with a preference for experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in court and litigation, including trial preparation.
• Judicial law clerk experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain client relationships.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California State Bar certification is required.

Skills:
