Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law

• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence

• Assist in the preparation for litigation, including hearings, trials, and depositions

• Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and depositions

• Maintain organized and accurate case files and records

• Monitor and stay informed on updates in relevant legal areas

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

• Capable of managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines

• Litigation experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida

Skills:
