Litigating Personal Injury Attorney

A law firm in Middleburg is seeking a Personal Injury Litigating Attorney. The attorney will manage all aspects of personal injury cases, including gathering evidence, negotiating settlements, and providing legal counsel to clients. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties:

• Oversee gathering necessary documents, evidence, and relevant information for claims
• Collaborate with the team to prepare demand letters and negotiate settlements
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate settlements as necessary
• Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery
• Manage a large caseload effectively with strong leadership skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Trial experience is desirable
• Possess leadership skills to build and manage a legal team
• Interact with clients during their time of need

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
• Firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar Association
