Duties

• Engage in estate and tax planning, trust administration, and business succession planning.
• Prepare SLATs, IDGTs, ILITs, CRTs, GRATS, and other irrevocable trust planning tools.
• Work directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in a Family Office setting.
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and commitment to meeting clients' objectives.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in estate and tax planning.
• Strong background in gift and estate tax matters.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• Collaborative team mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.
