Job Overview: Seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with experience in immigration to join an established global immigration firm. This role involves client interaction, strategic case management, supervision of legal support teams, and active participation in business development initiatives. This position is based in Seattle, WA.

Duties

  • Analyze and communicate solutions for clients' immigration needs.
  • Maintain accurate, timely communication with clients during and post-application processes for support with immigration program management and compliance.
  • Supervise and collaborate with support staff to ensure accurate and timely case preparation and filing.
  • Ensure accuracy for high-volume, rapid-turnover cases.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to clients and staff throughout the filing process.
  • Engage in business development activities, including networking, attending industry events, and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Enhance firm’s reputation by contributing to presentations, webinars, or speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • Active membership in a relevant Bar association.
  • 5 years of experience as an attorney in immigration, covering various immigrant and non-immigrant cases.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities independently.
  • High attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Bar membership in good standing.
