Associate Attorney needed for Aventura office

A law firm in Aventura, FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Workers’ Compensation Defense team. This position requires a candidate with strong communication skills, and an accredited law school degree. The ideal candidate should be an active member of the Bar or have recently taken the Bar Exam.

Duties:

• Represent clients in Workers’ Compensation Defense cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and development.

Requirements:

• Experience in Workers’ Compensation Defense.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the Bar or recently taken the Bar Exam.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Bar Association or eligibility to become a member.
