Duties

  • Maintain detailed and organized case files and documentation

  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to client matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in trust, estate, and probate law

  • Demonstrated proficiency in legal drafting and case management
