Duties

• Attend and conduct depositions and mediations as skills develop.
• Select and prepare expert witnesses and documents.
• Prepare trial briefs and appear in court as required.

Requirements

• License to practice law in Alabama.
• Strong academic performance (3.0 GPA or higher).
• Excellent writing and attention to detail.
• Interest in family law and trial experience preferred.

Education

• Doctorate in Law (Required).
