Duties

  • Handle hearings, trials, and depositions.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York State bar.
  • 3 years of experience in workers' compensation law.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with Section 32s and settlements.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases.
