The candidate will work closely with construction litigation shareholders who will provide active mentoring and client contact. Should have excellent written and oral advocacy skills with deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial experience. Specific experience in construction law and litigation is preferred and engineering, architecture, or construction management experience is a plus. Must have a Juris doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Tennessee Bar.
