Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of the case, including responsive pleadings, discovery, and conducting fact and plaintiff depositions.

  • Strategize and evaluate cases under the supervision of the shareholder.
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses to strengthen case strategies.
  • Conduct case negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Prepare for and attend mediations to represent the firm's interests.
  • Engage in trial preparation, ensuring all necessary documents and evidence are organized.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and other counsel throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the State of Missouri.
  • 3-5 years of experience in health law.
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and case management.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the State of Missouri.

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Proficient in case management software.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team.

Education:
