Duties:

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of direct trademark experience with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Skills:
