Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of experience in appellate advocacy.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive legal arguments.
  • Business and entrepreneurial sense to understand clients' objectives and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
