Job Overview

Duties

  • Advise clients on succession and estate planning strategies.
  • Draft and implement complex trust and transaction documents.
  • Engage in business development activities to build client relationships.
  • Contribute to the firm's profile through writing and attending events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in trust and estate, tax, or corporate law.
  • California Bar membership required.
  • Experience with cross-border planning and California income tax planning preferred.

Education

  • J.D. required; Tax LL.M. is a plus.

Certifications

  • California Bar membership.

Skills

  • Strong drafting, writing, research, and communication skills.
