Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; strong academic record.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in estate planning and trust administration.
  • Deep knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax rules.
  • Proven ability to work with high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Experience with complex family dynamics.
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction; California or Arizona preferred.
