Chicago office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience. The candidate will learn how to draft estate plans, work directly with clients, prepare and administer wills and trusts, and handle estate administration and guardianship cases. Draft wills, trusts, and related documents. Manage client files and communicate with clients. Appear on court calls for estate administration and guardianship cases. Will be assigned own cases and have an opportunity to work independently. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

The candidate must have a law degree from an accredited law school. Excellent writing and communication skills are required. Should ideally be interested in working with families to address and resolve legal issues surrounding death and incapacity.
