E-Discovery Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an e-discovery attorney to join its Litigation Department in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing e-discovery projects, including technology selection, document review, and legal advice on discovery issues.

Duties

• Manage e-discovery projects of varying sizes.
• Select appropriate technologies for document collection and review.
• Oversee document reviewers, including contract reviewers.
• Provide legal advice on discovery and e-discovery issues.
• Prepare and negotiate ESI protocols and confidentiality orders.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of e-discovery technologies, including Relativity.
• Admission to practice in Pennsylvania preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania preferred.

Skills

• Strong project management abilities.
