Job Overview

A law firm seeks multiple construction litigation associates for its Manhattan, NY office. The firm offers a flexible remote rotation and is interested in both junior and senior associates with diverse backgrounds in construction and NYS Labor Law defense, as well as construction defect and property damage practice areas.

Duties

• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court.
• Engage in construction litigation and NYS Labor Law defense.
• Handle construction defect and property damage cases.
• Collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in depositions and court proceedings.
• Background in insurance coverage and risk management is a plus.

Education

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar required.
• New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
