  • Admission to the State Bar in Ohio or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate and partnership taxation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business structuring, formation, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • LL.M. in Taxation preferred.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar in Ohio or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
