Duties:

  • Draft and review legal documents, including motions and pleadings

  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings

  • Conduct legal research and prepare supporting memoranda

  • Engage in professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

  • Support general litigation efforts within the firm’s practice areas

  • Maintain and manage multiple case files efficiently

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Florida, including admission to the corresponding federal district courts

  • 0-3 years of legal experience (foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, or title law preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively

  • Skilled in written and verbal legal communication

  • High degree of professionalism and independent work ethic

  • Availability to travel to courts and related venues within the jurisdiction

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar
