The candidate should have notable experience drafting and negotiating contracts and licensing in various areas of technology, including software, hardware, SaaS, internet, e-commerce, and other technologies, as well as experience advising clients on data privacy and corporate structure and financing, security laws, and mergers and acquisitions. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.

The candidate should have strong writing and communication skills. Must have the ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, with keen attention to detail.
