Duties

  • Litigate arbitration level cases through to award.
  • Draft responsive pleadings.
  • Draft and respond to motions and preliminary objections.
  • Conduct depositions.
  • Complete discovery processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of personal injury experience.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of arbitration experience.
  • PA license required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
