Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of serious injury and wrongful death claims from intake through trial.

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.

  • Engage in discovery, including depositions and expert witness preparation.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.

  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in personal injury litigation with a strong trial background.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to client advocacy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

  • A proactive, problem-solving approach to legal challenges.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active membership in the Georgia State Bar.

Certifications:

  • Georgia State Bar License (Required).
