Duties

• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Participate in restrictive covenant and trade secret proceedings.
• Support labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions.

• Draft investigation reports.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Admitted to and a member in good standing of the Illinois Bar.
• Strong academic background and work ethic.
• Federal clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
