The ideal candidate should have experience commensurate with their time in practice, with preference given to those with general property and/or mineral title experience in the energy sector. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues are essential.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy mineral title and division order matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and title opinions.

Requirements:

Education:
