Duties

• Conduct antitrust audits and develop compliance programs.
• Provide antitrust counseling and strategic advice to clients.
• Engage in antitrust litigation and manage government investigations.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions and related compliance matters.
• Handle class action litigation and debarment proceedings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in M&A, HSR, and transactional counseling.
• Premerger experience is essential.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
• Large firm or relevant government agency experience preferred.
• Federal clerkship completion is strongly considered.
• Illinois bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar.
